**CHRISTMAS MUSIC**
This page features my published Christmas Concert Band compositions. I decided to dedicate an entire page of my site to them (since the holiday seasons are coming soon)
A Festive Holiday Greeting
Wingert-Jones Publications
A Festive Holiday Greeting is a collection of three Christmas songs (O Christmas Tree, We Three Kings, and We Wish You a Merry Christmas) presented in a bold Spanish fanfare and style. I also used quotes of various other Christmas tunes throughout the piece. I hope you enjoy it!
Christmas Bells Are Ringing
Wingert-Jones Publications
Christmas Bells are Ringing is a work of three holiday songs, all with the common theme of the joy and happiness that the ringing bells of the season can evoke. The introduction includes quotes from both Ding! Dong! Merrily on High and Jingle Bells before transitioning into the first carol, Ding! Dong! Merrily on High. The slower, lyrical section of the work is based on the moving melody of I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day. The closing section features Jingle Bells with a few fun surprises thrown in to lead the piece to a festive and delightful conclusion. A seasonal treat for holiday audiences.
Festive Sounds of Christmas
Wingert-Jones Publications
A real holiday treat, this medley of three favorite Christmas carols is presented in a rich and varied setting for developing bands. The bright opening fanfare introduces The Wassail Song, We Three Kings and Good Wenceslas in a setting that adds to the festive and joyful atmosphere of the season. Scored extremely well, both small and large bands will sound great with this sparkling work.
